Britney began her dance training at the age of eight years old at Broken Arrow Academy of Dance in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where she trained in ballet, tap, and jazz. She continued her training through high school with both school and studio dance. After graduating from Bartlesville High School, she attended the University of Arkansas where she was on the Razorback Pom Squad for three years and served as Captain her Senior year.

 

After graduation, she opened a studio in Northwest Arkansas, BAKstage Dance Company, where she continues to grow her competitive dance company and is now in her 19th Season! 

 

She is also honored to have owned a Tippi Toes franchise here in NWA for the past eight years. Tippi Toes is a recreational dance program that brings dance to YOU, whether it’s at your child’s preschool, daycare or after school program, she is thrilled that Tippi Toes NWA has brought as much joy to her as it has to our local children (and parents) over the past eight years and is thankful to have classes available at the studio as well.

Britney is married to the most amazing husband, Ryan, and has two precious boys, Jax, 14 and Beckett, 10. She is also crazy about her “super mutt” fur babies, Chief, Dolly, and Stuart, who keep her sane when things get crazy! She loves traveling, planning and throwing parties, hanging with ALL of 
her “kids” at the studio but most of all, hanging with her boys at home and on the ballfields!
